Cam is a British creative who moved from London to Berlin in 2020, with an optimistic mission in mind - providing a service that helps to make our lives easier, happier, less stressful and more fulfilling - these are the key motivating factors behind all of his endeavours, from branding to consulting to DJing.  With a background in fashion and brand management, Cam spent his early 20’s studying interior design and art history, before moving into the world of fashion, working as a womenswear stylist whilst studying for a Bachelor degree in Branding.

His interest in massage therapy began in 2009, when he moved to Seoul. During his five years living in South Korea,  he spent the winter months living in Thailand and after receiving dozens of treatments, became intrigued with the notion of utilising massage as an essential part of daily life in addition to developing a much better understanding of its benefits.In collaboration with his knowledge of Basic Anatomy and Applied Anatomy, Cam is trained in Thai Massage at level 1 and 2 from the International Massage School in Chang Mai, specialising in Thai Yoga Massage, Reflexology, Acupressure and Energy Balance. Whilst managing the business, he also offers individual and corporate massage treatments throughout Berlin and London.

Luisa comes from a professional background in architecture and contemporary dance. In Ashtanga Yoga she admires the clear structure and the benefits which comes with the receptive practice. For Luisa Ashtanga Yoga is more than a daily check in with herself. The practice purifies her body and her mind and gives her focus.

Gloria is a certified Quantum Touch® Practitioner and Reiki master, modalities she has used for self-healing from pain and emotional attachment to people and the environment. She uses it now to assist in the healing process of clients, animals and plants. Her purpose in this world and in this lifetime is to be of service to the planet through healing, inspiring and helping to move humanity into a space of oneness, and pure love. Genevieve is a certified yoga teacher from London, now based in Berlin. She has trained in Hatha-Vinyasa yoga and has also been a student of Lara Heimann learning to teach the LYT® method.

Developing her knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics in yoga, Genevieve discovered the LYT® method. She now regards her teaching style as functional Vinyasa. Genevieve enjoys teaching this method as it gives people a practice that will help them with movement in their everyday life. Abi is a researcher and explorer driven by her curiosity for life, especially the human experience. After completing a 10-year University career with a PhD in Neuroscience, she has spent the last 10 years exploring subconscious belief systems, energetic and relational dynamics, embodiment and trauma awareness through a vibrant mixture of personal development and professional trainings. A deep need for wholeness and integration of the body, mind and spirit has emerged as the foundation for her work today. Her biggest passion is accompanying people on their journey home to themselves. She supports and holds space for individuals, couples and groups as they explore their authentic expression in relationship to themselves and others. Restore somatics is the therapeutic and wellness practice of Susan Ploetz, artistic researcher and game designer. Susan has an extensive background of performance, vocal and movement practices which has included training in various somatic and movement techniques as well as the study of religious dance and music in Nepal and Indonesia. Susan has training in Vital Movement Integration, which is a professionally accredited Somatic movement Therapist training, accredited by ISMETA — International Somatic Movement Education & Therapy Association. She has additional experience and/or certifications in techniques such as somatic experiencing, trigger point (inspired by Liebscher & Bracht), buddhist meditation, scar tissue massage, Fragrance (Duft) buddhist Qi Gong, and Bindegewebsmassage (Connective Tissue massage).

Alexandra has a B.A. in Psychology and Human Sexuality, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Health from Charité, Universitätsmedizin Berlin. She is a former sex educator and provided over 2000 hours of counseling as a reproductive and sexual health specialist during her time at Planned Parenthood in California. Central to Alexandra's work is to help individuals and couples re-write their stories so they may embrace their sexuality and deepen the connection with their bodies and partners. Her work is influenced by Narrative Therapy, and follows the PLISST modeling system used in the field of sexology.
